Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the terms governing how Nexusocial Inc. (“Nexusocial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, processes, stores, and protects information from users (“you” or “user”) of our lightweight tool application (the “Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy, which complies with global data protection regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable laws.

1. Your Privacy Rights & Our Core Commitment

At Nexusocial Inc, we prioritize your privacy as a fundamental right. Our core commitment is to collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our lightweight tool services, and to ensure you maintain control over your information at all times. We do not engage in unnecessary data collection, and we never sell, rent, or share your personal information for commercial gain.

Your key privacy rights include: accessing the information we hold about you, requesting corrections to inaccurate data, asking for data deletion, restricting how we process your information, and withdrawing consent for non-essential data collection at any time.

2. Information We Process: What, Why, and How

We process two categories of information: personal information (data that can identify you) and non-personal/anonymous information (de-identified data unlinkable to you). Below is a concise, compliant breakdown aligned with data minimization principles.

2.1 Personal Information

We only collect personal information that is voluntary or strictly necessary for core features, with your knowledge and consent (where required by law). This includes:

  • Email address (optional, for account creation): Used for account verification, password reset, critical service updates, and support responses—no unsolicited marketing.

  • Account credentials: Passwords (stored with AES-256 encryption) or third-party sign-in tokens (handled securely by providers like Google/Apple)—used solely for authentication.

  • Support/feedback messages: Collected to resolve inquiries, with attachments deleted after your issue is resolved.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., date of birth, financial/health data, biometrics) unless explicitly permitted by you for optional features, with immediate deletion upon request.

2.2 Non-Personal/Anonymous Information

We automatically collect non-identifiable, anonymized data (lawful basis: legitimate interest) to improve the App, never linked to your personal information. It includes:

  • Device details (type, OS version, anonymized ID): For compatibility and troubleshooting.

  • Usage metrics (feature usage, session duration, error logs): Aggregated to optimize the App.

  • Anonymized network info (IP, ISP): For connectivity checks and fraud prevention.

This non-personal data is anonymized immediately and used only internally to improve the App.

2.3 How We Collect Information

Information is collected transparently in three ways, with no hidden tracking or unauthorized collection, and all practices aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations:

  1. Direct input from you: This includes information you voluntarily enter when using the Application, such as your email address for account creation, account credentials, or feedback submitted to our support team. You have full control over whether to provide non-essential personal information (e.g., skipping account creation to use basic tool features without sharing any personal data).

  2. Automatic device API collection: We collect non-personal, anonymized data only through your device’s application programming interfaces (APIs) when you use the Application. This collection is limited to the data detailed in Section 2.2 (device details, usage metrics, anonymized network info) and does not involve tracking your activity outside of the Application or collecting any personal information.

  3. Trusted third-party providers: We partner with a small number of reputable third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, third-party authentication) to help operate the Application. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements, which prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Elowynthia. We only share the minimal amount of data necessary (e.g., anonymized usage data for analytics, non-identifiable tokens for authentication) and ensure all providers comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy standards.

3. Device Permissions: Transparency & Control

Our lightweight Application requests only the minimal device permissions required to deliver its core functionality. We never request unnecessary permissions, and you can revoke consent for non-essential permissions at any time in your device settings.

3.1 Sensitive Permissions (Only if Applicable to Your Tool)

If our tool includes features that require sensitive permissions, we will only access them with your explicit, ongoing consent:

  • Location: Only if the tool includes location-based features (e.g., location tagging). We do not track real-time location without your active consent.

  • Camera/Microphone: Only if the tool requires media capture (e.g., scanning, voice input). Data captured via these permissions is stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload it to our servers.

We never request access to your contacts, call logs, SMS messages, or other sensitive device data.

3.2 Standard Permissions

Standard permissions are required to ensure the Application works as intended:

  • Network State: To check internet connectivity for syncing preferences (if applicable) and receiving updates.

  • Notifications: To send you important updates (e.g., feature improvements, account alerts) — you can disable this at any time.

4. Data Storage, Retention, & Deletion

4.1 Storage

All personal information we collect is stored on secure cloud servers hosted by reputable providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) located in the United States or European Union, compliant with GDPR and CCPA standards. We implement industry-standard security measures (e.g., encryption, firewalls, access controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or theft.

4.2 Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected: Account information: Retained until you delete your account or request data erasure.Usage data: Retained for 12 months, then anonymized or permanently deleted.Feedback/support data: Retained only until your inquiry is resolved, then deleted.

We will process your request within 30 calendar days and confirm completion via email.

5. Third-Party Disclosure & Compliance

We only share your personal information with third parties in limited, legally permitted circumstances: Service Providers: Trusted third parties that assist us in operating the Application (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, authentication). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it to perform services on our behalf.Legal Obligations: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, safety, or the safety of others.

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to advertisers, marketers, or other third parties for commercial purposes.
